Insurance information is required before surgery.

Every effort will be made to take care of this in advance. All deductibles and co-pays will be the responsibility of the patient based on their personal insurance plan.

Prior to your surgery date you will receive a phone call in which we will discuss verification of insurance, payment of deductibles, and co-pays, etc.

If anesthesia service is required, these charges will be billed separately by the group covering your case. These charges will come from either Austin Anesthesiology Group (www.aagonline.com) or Capital Anesthesiology Association (www.capanes.com)
